How much does it cost to list?
Nothing. Sweemy is free for owners. In future you'll have optional paid options to boost your listing, but they are and will remain optional.
Who are the students on Sweemy?
At the start mostly university students. We're expanding city by city.
How can I trust the students?
Every student has a Sweemy Score based on a complete profile, selfie verification and reviews from previous owners. You see it all before replying.
Do I have to handle the contract myself?
If you want to, yes: the contract can stay between you and the student. But there is an alternative now: UnionCASA, a signatory of the local rent agreements, writes it and registers it. Sweemy takes no commission; the costs and the steps are set out on the «Contract and registration» page.
Can I use Sweemy if I already use a real-estate agency?
Yes. Sweemy doesn't replace agencies, it complements them. Many agencies use Sweemy for the student segment that is less profitable for them.
